Job summary

Conduent is seeking an HR Solutions Services Associate III to deliver workforce administration and HR operational support across the employee lifecycle. You will manage employee records, process HR transactions, and assist onboarding and offboarding in line with client policy and labor regulations.

You will maintain data accuracy in HR systems, generate employment letters, provide first-level HR support, and escalate complex issues while upholding confidentiality and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, workforce administration, shared services, or a similar role.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Employee Central/SuccessFactors, SAP, SNOW, HRX, SharePoint.
• Strong English language skills.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, internal transfers, promotions, organizational changes, personal data changes and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and databases.
• Ensure employee data is updated promptly and accurately.
• Generate employment-related documents and letters as required.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Provide first-level HR support and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Ensure data integrity within HR Information Systems, via own input or via peer-check.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Follow established HR processes and quality standards.
