You will handle inquiries from employees and managers, maintain accurate records, and support HR services through the HR Shared Services Center, ensuring compliance with policies and government regulations while delivering a positive user experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR Help Desk experience supporting US employees.
• Experience using HR systems, preferably Workday.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work a night shift schedule in a hybrid model.
• Ability to follow defined HR processes and continuously identify improvements.
• Team player who collaborates effectively to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Process onboarding data and lifecycle changes for employees.
• Maintain accurate employee files and records per compliance requirements.
• Perform data quality reviews and correct processing errors.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries via calls and emails.
• Support recruitment process documentation with EEO statistics.
