Job summary

Qualfon is seeking an HR Specialist to act as the frontline contact for employee inquiries and transactional HR tasks in a hybrid Manila-based setup, covering Manila, Cebu, CDO, and Dumaguete. You will ensure timely, accurate handling of requests and maintain data integrity within the QNect HRIS, driving operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with local HR partners and COEs, resolve escalated issues, support process redesign, and contribute to HR technology initiatives while upholding data

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR processes and policies including Recruitment, Onboarding, Data Management, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Compliance (varies by country), and Offboarding.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools, including HRIS and HR ticketing platforms.
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to HR via ticketing tools, chat, or email.
• Process HR transactions efficiently with a strong focus on First Contact Resolution (FCR).
• Ensure adherence to SLAs when handling inquiries and requests.
• Manage and maintain the HR Information System (QNect), ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Promote and uphold compliance with company policies and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with local HR partners and COEs to resolve complex or escalated issues.
• Review and support redesign of transactional HR processes to boost efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR.
• Support implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions.
