Job summary

Qualfon Manila is seeking an HR Specialist to serve as the frontline support for employee-related HR inquiries and transactional processes in a hybrid setup across Manila, Cebu, and other locations.

You will ensure timely, accurate handling of requests and maintain data integrity in HR systems (QNect), collaborating with COEs to resolve issues and improve HR workflows. Strong HR knowledge and excellent communication are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR queries via ticketing tools, chat, or email.
• Process HR transactions efficiently with a focus on First Contact Resolution (FCR).
• Ensure adherence to SLAs when handling inquiries and requests.
• Manage and maintain the HR Information System (QNect) ensuring data accuracy.
• Promote compliance with company policies and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with local HR partners and COEs to resolve issues.
• Review and support redesign of transactional HR processes to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous HR improvement initiatives.
• Support the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions.
