iSupport Worldwide is seeking an HR operations specialist to manage onboarding, data integrity, and employee records. You will handle Lyric HR data entry after ICIMS onboarding and ensure compliance through post-onboarding reviews.

You will also process offer letters, maintainemployee positions, and support labor-law guidance across our HR systems, including ADP Lyric, UKG, and Kronos.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, onboarding, or employee lifecycle management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR transactions.
• Working knowledge of US labor laws (multi-state preferred).
• Hands-on experience with ADP Lyric, UKG, and Kronos.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Review and process new hire forms, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Manually enter new hire information into Lyric HR following completion of ICIMS onboarding.
• Conduct post-onboarding reviews to confirm all system requirements are met and properly processed in Lyric HR.
• Build and maintain employee positions for new hires and position/status changes, including minor corrections without full rebuilds.
• Process and manage offer letters for new hires and employee changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Navigate and manage HR and timekeeping systems including ADP Lyric, UKG, and Kronos.
• Generate and maintain dated compliance reports and ad hoc HR reports as required.
• Communicate effectively with internal communities regarding HR requests, corrections, and process updates.
