Job Description
Strategic HR Partnership
- Collaborate with local leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Provide strategic HR consultation on workforce planning, capability building, and organizational development.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, job posting, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
- Strengthen employer branding and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Build and manage university and industry partnerships for continuous talent sourcing.
Onboarding & Integration
- Manage pre‑employment requirements, documentation, technology provisioning, and new‑hire orientation.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new employees.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs (e.g., town halls, learning sessions, team‑building).
- Support initiatives that promote a collaborative and high‑performing culture.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries and manage insurance and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine employment policies and regulatory requirements.
Payroll Coordination
- Review, validate, and reconcile timesheets and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with third‑party payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
Performance, Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Oversee performance management cycles.
- Act as the escalation point for employee relations issues and manage grievances professionally.
Compensation & Benefits
- Support salary review processes and provide guidance on compensation structures.
- Ensure competitiveness and compliance of benefits programs.
Learning & Development
- Develop and implement learning programs to build skills and organizational capabilities.
- Assess training needs and measure development effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR policies within the Philippines.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in payroll and benefits administration, including HMO coordination.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
