Job summary

YATS Management Ltd., Corp. is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations and support workforce management.

The role focuses on HR administration, policy enforcement, and compliance with labor regulations to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field, at least 3 years of experience, and proven leadership and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in HR supervisory role is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in all facets of HR processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
