Job summary

• Monitor attendance, leaves, absences, and employee timekeeping.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, and other employee-related concerns.
• Assist in employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Prepare HR reports, documents, and employment-related correspondence.
• Coordinate with employees, management, and other departments regarding HR matters.
