Job summary

Techhub Enabled Process BPO OPC in Davao City is seeking an HR Staff to help build a positive and organized workplace while keeping HR operations running smoothly.

You will participate in recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, addressing workplace concerns, and supporting HR policies and programs. The role is on-site and requires strong communication, confidentiality, and multi-tasking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 6–12 months HR experience preferred.
• Familiar with recruitment, onboarding, attendance monitoring.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to work on-site.
