Job summary

Pearson is seeking an Associate, HR Operations to support diverse HR functions and ensure seamless operation. You will handle high-volume calls, monitor emails/chats, and coordinate interview processes while using multiple HR systems. A hybrid setup and flexible scheduling support a dynamic work environment.

Ideal candidates have college or technical training, strong organizational and customer service skills, HRIS proficiency, and a typing speed of 50+ WPM with strong Excel abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum college or technical training preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Customer service skills and call center experience.
• Proficient in HRIS systems with strong technical skills.
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM with strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from large candidate and employee base (upwards of 20K), providing resolutions.
• Monitor and respond to incoming email/chat communications.
• Creating and sending mass email and call campaign communications.
• Work within multiple systems simultaneously (Fusions, PEACS, and Red Carpet) to respond in real-time callers.
• Perform fulfilment tasks such as assigning candidates to requisitions, sending offer letters, coordinating interviews, and other assigned duties.
