Pearson is seeking an Advanced Associate, Compensation to provide administrative and operational support to the Global Compensation Plan team. You will process HR transactions, manage employee requests, and ensure timely completion in Oracle Fusion and other HR systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or related administrative work preferred.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion or other HRIS platforms preferred.
• Experience using ticketing or case management systems preferred.
• Experience handling data processing or employee-related requests is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Process simple to complex HR and Compensation-related transactions submitted by employees, HR colleagues, and authorized stakeholders.
• Perform HR transactions and updates in Oracle Fusion and other HR technologies with data accuracy.
• Provide administrative support for compensation processes, including complex validation or non-standard processing.
• Support bulk or mass transactions involving multiple employee records.
• Investigate and resolve process, policy, and system questions; escalate complex matters.
• Document all cases, actions, and resolutions in the case management system.
• Ensure transactions meet service levels, quality, and productivity targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and compensation information.
• Apply HR policies and country-specific requirements consistently and accurately.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Support process improvements and operational projects in HR Operations.
• Contribute to daily HR Operations and Compensation service delivery.
