Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc., via ABSI, is hiring an HR Associate assigned to Globe Fintech Innovations in Taguig City. The role focuses on end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, including pre-employment compliance, orientation, and records management.

The candidate will maintain employee profiles, ensure document accuracy, and support clearance processes with IT, Finance, and Administration. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is preferred, with 1–2 years’ related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of administrative or human resources experience.
• Experience in onboarding, pre-employment compliance, employee records, or offboarding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities, including pre-employment compliance and orientation.
• Ensure candidates are properly cleared before their scheduled start dates.
• Coordinate New Employee Orientation requirements, welcome kits, ID processing, and office tours.
• Create and maintain employee profiles in HRIS and physical 201 files.
• Ensure contracts, data privacy consent forms, and other employment documents are signed and properly archived.
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and Data Privacy Act.
