Job description

An HR On-the-Job Trainee (OJT) supports daily HR operations, focusing on recruitment (screening, scheduling), employee records management (201 files), onboarding, and administrative tasks. They assist in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and data maintenance, ensuring compliance while learning key HR functional areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Sourcing candidates, posting jobs on social media/job boards, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Assisting with new hire orientations, preparing employment contracts, and handling exit documentation.
• Records Management: Updating HRIS databases, maintaining physical/electronic 201 files, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Employee Relations & Events: Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, company events, and addressing basic queries.
• Administrative Tasks: Filing, document preparation, and gathering payroll data (leaves/hours).

Qualifications

• Currently taking BS Psychology, HR Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with social media.
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
