Robinsons Supermarket Corporation is seeking an HR Officer - Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities and ensure accurate employee records. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage candidate screening, interviews, offers, and new hire documentation to keep HR processes on track.

Also responsible for maintaining employee master data in SAP and supporting validation of employee records and assets, ensuring compliance and timely lifecycle activities across

Qualificações

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and SAP HR data.
• Experience maintaining employee records and 201 files.
• Ability to coordinate HR operations and performance management timelines.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate endorsement, offer preparation, pre-employment requirements, and new hire documentation.
• Manage and maintain employee master data in SAP including employee creation and updates, and hiring-related transactions.
• Oversee maintenance and validation of 201 files, employee records, and company-issued assets, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Support HR operations and performance management by coordinating with stakeholders and monitoring timelines.

The HR Officer - Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while providing HR operational support and ensuring accurate employee records and timely completion of HR processes.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate endorsement, offer preparation, pre-employment requirements, and new hire documentation.

• Manage and maintain employee master data in SAP, including employee creation, updates, hiring-related transactions, and other HR system processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.

• Oversee the maintenance and validation of 201 files, employee records, and company-issued assets, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and accountability.

• Support HR operations and performance management processes by coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring timelines, and ensuring timely completion of required documentation and employee lifecycle activities.
