Job summary

Delta Kappa Commerce Corporation is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our HR team in Makati City. This full-time role supports recruitment, onboarding, policy development, employee relations, payroll administration, and training initiatives.

You will maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance, and liaise with agencies while helping shape a positive workplace culture and operational excellence across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience in an HR role or similar administrative HR function.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in the Philippines.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems/databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills with professionalism across levels.
• Attention to detail and data privacy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment and onboarding processes including postings, screening, and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop, communicate and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Provide employee relations support and conflict resolution facilitation.
• Support payroll, benefits, and compensation administration.
• Coordinate training and professional development initiatives.
• Assist HR projects and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR documentation and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Liaise with government agencies, benefits providers, and recruitment agencies.
