Stacktrek Enterprise Inc. is seeking an HR Officer to join our Human Resources team in Manila City Metro Manila on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal position within our organisation, responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support across recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and compliance.

The HR Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring our workforce remains engaged, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with our company values and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR Officer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and employment regulations.
• Experience with recruitment processes and employee onboarding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and onboarding new employees, including job postings and interviews.
• Handling employee relations matters, including performance management support, disciplinary procedures, and employee grievances.
• Processing payroll records and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations.
• Maintaining confidential HR records and documentation.
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinating employee engagement activities and training and development initiatives.
• Providing HR guidance to line managers and employees on employment matters.
• Ensuring compliance with Philippine labour laws.
• Assisting with HR projects and special initiatives.
