JR&R Distributors Inc. is seeking an OD & Learning Officer to design, implement, and evaluate organizational development and learning programs.

The role aims to improve organizational effectiveness, build employee capability, and foster a positive workplace culture aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/Business Administration/Psychology, plus 2–4 years' experience in HR/LD/OD.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 2-4 years of professional experience in an HR, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development role
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and e-learning design tools
• Experience in designing and facilitating training workshops

About the role

The OD & Learning Officer is mainly responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of organizational development (OD) and learning programs. This role focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness, building employee capability, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring that our workforce is aligned with strategic business goals.
