Job summary

Gladex Travel And Tours Corp. in Metro Manila is seeking an HR Generalist to coordinate recruitment and onboarding, administer compensation and benefits, and maintain compliant HR records. You will handle employee relations, assist in performance management, and help develop HR policies.

The role requires ensuring legal compliance, organizing training, supporting engagement and wellness initiatives, and contributing to HR projects. Previous generalist HR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• 2+ years HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS systems.
