Job summary

A local agricultural company based in Bulacan is looking for an HR Officer to manage timekeeping and employee on-boarding activities. The candidate should be a graduate with a degree in Psychology or a related field and possess a strong understanding of HR functions. Job Description

1. Timekeeping activities
   • Enrollment to biometrics of newly hired employees (Direct & Agency)
   • Daily checking of present employees without biometrics log in HRIS
   • Daily checking and reporting of absenteeism thru Viber group (On leave / Absent / On Official Business)
2. Monitoring, processing, and releasing of employee on-board materials.
3. Receives incoming calls and forwards it to concerned employee.
4. Monitoring and ensuring proper turnover for the post-separation procedure.
5. Carries out any work-related duties that may arise, or as directed by the Administrative OIC and the General Manager.

Qualifications

1. Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any related course.
2. With at least one year experience in Human Resource Department (but fresh graduate may apply).
3. Full understanding of HR Functions and best practices
4. Proficient in MS Office and related business and communication tools.
