PM Consulting in Santo Tomas, Batangas, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

This role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and labor-law compliance, with a 3-month reliever arrangement and onsite work Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on HR generalist experience across recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, and HR administration.
• At least 2 years of people management or leadership experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion and manage multiple priorities.
• Amenable to a 3-month reliever employment arrangement.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, ER, C&B, PM, L&D, and HR administration.
• Lead HR activities and provide guidance to team members for timely HR service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, and related reports with confidentiality.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies and programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Address employee and management concerns and promote fair application of policies.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, training, and other initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce analyses to support management decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and support HR projects.

Role Overview

The HR Generalist is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring effective HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role requires hands-on experience across all HR facets, along with proven leadership capabilities to support HR initiatives and maintain a productive, compliant, and people-focused work environment within the logistics industry.

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HR generalist functions, covering all major HR facets, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, HR administration, and labor law compliance.
• At least 2 years of people management or leadership experience, with the ability to guide team members and oversee HR activities.
• With experience within the manufacturing or related industries.
• Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be amenable to a 3-month reliever employment arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee records, personnel files, HR documentation, and related reports while ensuring confidentiality.
• Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Address employee and management concerns, provide guidance on HR-related matters, and promote the fair and consistent application of company policies.
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, training, and other initiatives that support employee development and a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce-related analyses to support management decisions, manpower planning, and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and support other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
