Fresh N Famous Foods Inc. - Chowking seeks an HR Business Partner to support HR programs and employee relations across multi-site operations.

This role partners with operations leaders to implement policies, programs, and workforce administration while enhancing the employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of HR experience in labor relations, talent management, and data management, with strong communication and discretion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate HR programs, employee engagement, and people-focused activities across units.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including transfers, promotions, confirmations, regularizations, and separations.
• Support administration of employee benefits programs and claims processing with shared services.
• Facilitate employee relations cases, disciplinary processes, investigations, and due process while ensuring policy compliance.
• Serve as HR contact for managers and employees on workplace concerns and policy interpretation.
• Drive engagement initiatives to promote communication and organizational culture.
• Support compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies across locations.
• Partner with operations leaders to implement HR solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Assist design and execution of localized employee programs and initiatives.
• Prepare reports and HR records ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

This role serves as a key HR partner to operations leaders, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, employee programs, compliance initiatives, and workforce administration while fostering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle processes including transfers, promotions, confirmations, regularizations, and separations.
• Support the administration of employee benefits programs, enrollment activities, and claims processing in coordination with shared services teams.
• Facilitate employee relations cases, disciplinary processes, investigations, and due process proceedings while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor requirements.
• Serve as a trusted HR contact for managers and employees regarding workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and people management practices.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote communication, collaboration, and organizational culture.
• Support compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and internal HR policies across assigned locations.
• Partner closely with operations leaders to implement HR solutions that support business objectives.
• Assist in the design and execution of localized employee programs and organizational initiatives.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and HR records while ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of HR experience in labor relations, talent management, employee engagement, and data management, preferably in operations-driven, retail, food service, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and employee concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiation, and decision‑making.
• Willing to travel and support both office‑based and field‑based operations.
• Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.
