Havaianas is seeking an HR Officer to support the Visayas Area across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and HR Data Management. The role reports to the Head Office – NCR and ensures consistent HR policy implementation in the region.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment, manage third-party manpower, support payroll and timekeeping, and administer employee benefits while maintaining compliance with DOLE, OSH, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and LGUs.
The HR Officer will support the full spectrum of Human Resources operations for the Visayas Area, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compliance, and HR Data Management. The role will serve as the HR counterpart of Head Office – NCR, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies, processes, and initiatives across the area.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for direct hires, project-based employees, and contractors, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks, pre-employment requirements, and deployment.
Develop and implement recruitment activities and sourcing strategies, including job fairs, university partnerships, job portals, social media, and manpower agencies.
Manage third-party manpower and agency coordination, including manpower requirements, deployment, attendance, incident reports, and employee endorsements.
Support timekeeping and payroll administration, including attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and payroll inputs.
Administer employee benefits and Total Rewards programs, including government-mandated benefits, HMO, insurance, loans, allowances, and other employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSH, SSS, Pag-IBIG, LGU, and other applicable government requirements and maintain required reports and documentation.
Lead and support employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, reorientation, health programs, company activities, and other employee-focused programs.
Manage employee relations and disciplinary cases, including incident documentation, show-cause notices, fact-finding, administrative hearings, and coordination with supervisors and manpower agencies.
Handle employee offboarding, including clearance, attendance and leave validation, asset returns, exit documentation, and coordination of final pay.
Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, reports, and employee data, including vacancy monitoring, regularization, masterlists, benefits, and HR outsourcing information.
Collaborate with Head Office – NCR, Territory Heads, Operations, Warehouse, IT, manpower agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective HR service delivery.
Graduate of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or Business Administration.
At least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledgeable in all facets of HR.
Detail-oriented with strong documentations and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
