Job summary

Golden Topper Investments Inc. is seeking a skilled HR professional to join its growing team in Cebu City. You will lead talent acquisition, handle postings, sourcing, and early screenings, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or business, 3–5 years of experience, and proficiency with LinkedIn and HR software. Familiarity with local labor laws and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business admin or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or HR operations; headhunting preferred.
• Familiarity with local labor regulations and hiring practices; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, resume sourcing, and candidate pre-screening.
• Conduct initial phone or in-person interviews and coordinate subsequent manager evaluations.
• Facilitate smooth new hire onboarding, orientation, and contract generation.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and employee records within the HRIS.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with local labor laws and internal company policies
• Other admin tasks

• Preferably with experience as a headhunter
• Familiarity with local labor regulations and hiring practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency using professional job boards, social sourcing tools (like LinkedIn), and HR software.
