Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a skilled Data Master Data Management professional to maintain employee and organizational data across HR systems using SuccessFactors. You will process workforce data changes, manage organizational hierarchy updates, and ensure data accuracy while safeguarding privacy.

The role requires hands-on SuccessFactors experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work with regional and cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in HR master data management, HRIS administration, workforce data administration, or HR shared services.
• Hands-on SuccessFactors experience is required.
• Experience handling bulk data changes and managing data dependencies.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
• Good understanding of data privacy and confidentiality requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee and organizational master data in SuccessFactors.
• Process workforce data changes, including organizational hierarchy and structure updates.
• Create and maintain external workforce records and related HR data.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage bulk data changes while considering dependencies and downstream impacts.
• Perform cross-system reconciliation, particularly between HR Operations and Payroll.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies before they impact downstream processes.
• Work with regional and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve data-related issues.
• Identify recurring data quality issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support knowledge transfer and ensure continuity of master data processes.
