Responsibilities

• Oversee the Recruitment and Application Process.
• Assist the Recruitment Officer in all stages of hiring, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance and submission of all government forms and reports.
• Maintain and safeguard department records and reports.
• Issue memorandums (disciplinary and circular).
• Supervise and manage HR officers.
• Create and revise job descriptions when necessary.
• Monitor and supervise timekeeping and payroll-related tasks.
• Implement and monitor training, development, and employee relations programs.
• Review and monitor salary appraisals, evaluations, and employment contracts.
• Review and recommend third-party contracting when needed.
• Prepare and submit ISO reports and government-mandated reports.
• Monitor and coordinate employees' compensation, insurance, and benefits.
• Update organizational charts and administrative profiles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws and government compliance.
