Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years in HR with 3+ in a supervisory role, and proven ability to manage end-to-end HR processes and payroll compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR or related field.
• At least five years in HR with three years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR metrics.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and employee life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions: recruiting, training, and compensation, and address employee concerns.
• Hiring & placement: ensure efficient recruitment and timely manpower deployment.
• Performance system management: monitor performance ratings and promotion decisions.
• Personnel assignment: track progression and transfers within the organization.
• Training: analyze needs and facilitate trainings to upgrade skills.
