Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our end-to-end recruitment and oversee day-to-day HR administration in compliance with Philippine labor standards.

You will manage sourcing, hiring, onboarding, maintain employee records, attendance, payroll preparation, and benefits administration, while ensuring policies align with PH laws and supporting employee relations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of solid experience in HR, Recruitment, or Office Administration.
• Excellent communication, organization, and sharp problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong familiarity or experience using recruitment portals like JobStreet and Indeed.
• Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and deeply trustworthy with confidential corporate information.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Philippine labor laws and best HR practices

Responsibilities

• You will lead our end-to-end recruitment process while maintaining day-to-day HR administration and compliance with Philippine labor standards.
• Lead the full hiring cycle from sourcing to successful onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and 201 files.
• Coordinate attendance, leave administration, payroll preparation, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Ensure all internal company policies align closely with PH labor laws.
• Assist in employee relations, engagement activities, and performance training initiatives.
• Prepare weekly/monthly HR reports, candidate trackers, and formal employment documents.
