Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an HR Manager for Pangasinan operations. This on-site role leads the full employee lifecycle, partners with site leadership to set HR strategy, and ensures compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and workforce development. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR management within manufacturing or related sectors, strong stakeholder collaboration, and proficiency with HRIS and MS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in manufacturing or similar settings.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and learning & development.
Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements.
Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Lead all HR functions and oversee the complete employee lifecycle for Pangasinan.
Partner with site leadership to implement HR strategy and policies.
Manage recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, and manpower planning.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor regulations and employment standards.
Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
Drive performance management, employee development, and talent management.
Collaborate with stakeholders across locations and external partners.
