RACKS (Cavallino Inc.) is seeking an experienced Restaurant Store Operations leader to drive performance across multiple stores. The role requires strategic planning, people development, and hands-on management of front and back of house systems to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in restaurant operations at a managerial level, a related degree, and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of restaurant store operations experience in a managerial level (Area Manager/General Manager or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or related discipline.
• Willing to travel.
• Extensive computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly sales/action plans and create new strategies if targets are missed.
• Oversee implementation of sales and marketing programs across stores for consistency and impact.
• Review and enforce SOPs to improve People Development,Sales, Profitability, and Quality/Service Standards.
• Identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and monitor performance metrics.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and guidelines and drive cost savings.
