LaVie in Manila seeks an experienced Manager, Human Resources to lead the HR Talent Development function. You will shape the training strategy, align programs with business goals, and drive learning initiatives across the organization.

You will oversee design, delivery, and evaluation of learning portfolios, mentor senior leaders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable ROI and impactful development across the workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Forecast/plan for future training needs. Anticipate growth areas.

  • Identify/assess training needs; perform gap analysis.
  • Design, deploy, monitor/evaluate training programs: workshops, e-learning, orientation, etc.
  • Manage budget for training, select vendors, maintain materials; ensure training initiatives deliver ROI.
  • Supervise/coordinate trainers or specialists; ensure consistency, quality.
  • Keep up-to-date on best practices / training technology. Possibly deliver some trainings themselves.
  • Report effectiveness (metrics, ROI, feedback)
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, possibly external partners.

Job Brief
