Work Schedule : Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

This is for DIRECT HIRE!

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology
• Preferably with 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in HR management within a hospital or healthcare environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations, including DOLE requirements and statutory benefits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Strong ability to handle employee concerns, workplace issues, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and preferably familiar with HRIS or other HR management systems.
