NES Fircroft in the Philippines seeks an HR Manager to lead the human resources function for a logistics and transportation organisation. Based in BGC, Taguig City, you will drive HR operations and people practices to support growth and workforce effectiveness.

You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and HR administration.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, engineering, construction, manufacturing or project-based operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
