Job summary

Rose Bakeshop & Snack Inn seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead the HRMDO's day-to-day operations in a dynamic food-service environment.

The role oversees Recruitment and Staffing, Benefits and Compensation, Training and Development, and Employee and Legal Relations to ensure compliant, efficient people practices. A Bachelor's in HRM or Psychology is required; MA/MS is an advantage. Minimum 5 years in HR leadership roles preferred.
