The supervisor leads the HR and administrative team, coordinates with department heads, and provides management with process improvements and reports.
The HR and Admin Supervisor oversees and coordinates the organization’s human resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and timekeeping support, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, HR compliance, office administration, and facilities support.
The role serves as a key point of contact for employees, supervisors, and department heads on HR and administrative matters. The HR and Admin Supervisor supervises the HR and administrative team, coordinates cross-functional requirements, and provides recommendations to management to ensure efficient, compliant, and responsive HR and administrative operations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary concerns, grievances, and engagement activities.
Supervise attendance, timekeeping, payroll inputs, and employee concerns.
Oversee HMO, insurance, compensation, and employee benefits.
Coordinate training, development, and career growth programs.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
Manage HR documentation, 201 files, reports, and confidential employee records.
Oversee administrative, facilities, supplies, equipment, procurement, and company property.
Supervise and provide guidance to HR and administrative staff.
Prepare HR/administrative reports and recommend improvements to HR and administrative processes.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of HR and administrative experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll/timekeeping, benefits, training, and administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
