Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Malabon Head Office (On-site)

About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resource functions at our Malabon Head Office. This role is responsible for ensuring that HR strategies and operations align with business objectives, while fostering a productive, compliant, and positive work environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with solid experience in compensation and benefits, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services
- Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee payroll inputs and ensure accurate and timely processing
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with government mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Review and recommend improvements to compensation structures
Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and labor law compliance
- Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture
- Guide managers on performance management and conflict resolution
Recruitment and Talent Management:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and staffing requirements across departments
- Ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates
- Develop onboarding programs and support employee development initiatives
- Monitor manpower planning and succession strategies
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Oversee audits, reporting, and HR metrics analysis
- Continuously improve HR systems and processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in compensation & benefits, employee relations, and recruitment
- Excellent leadership, decision‑making, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, strategic thinker, and results‑oriented
Work Setup:
- Full‑time, on‑site role based in Malabon Head Office
- Monday to Saturday schedule
