Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's HR strategy aligned with business goals and organizational growth.
• Lead HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR operations, and compliance.
• Lead HR planning and manpower readiness for major seasonal campaigns to ensure operational success.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and recognition initiatives to build a high-performing culture.
• Develop and implement HR policies, governance frameworks, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead organizational development, change management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics and people analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and develop the HR team while managing employee relations, investigations, disciplinary cases, HR budgets, vendors, and HR systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

We are looking for an HR Manager to lead the overall people strategy and human resources function across the FlowerStore Group. This role is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support business growth, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement across multiple entities of the Group. The HR Manager will partner closely with senior leadership to build a high-performing organization by driving talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, learning and development, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Group's HR strategy aligned with business goals and organizational growth.

• Lead all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, HR operations, and compliance.

• Lead HR planning and manpower readiness for major seasonal campaigns (e.g., Valentine's Day and Mother's Day) to ensure operational success.

• Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.

• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and recognition initiatives to build a high-performing culture.

• Develop and implement HR policies, governance frameworks, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
