Job summary

PRILAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape strategic HR planning and oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and training.

You will lead a team with 7+ years in HR, including 5+ in management, develop and implement HR strategies, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, and optimize HRIS and MS Office usage to boost performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, IR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7+ years in HR with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strategic HR Planning

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals and objectives.
• Conduct HR needs assessments and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure alignment of HR practices with company culture and values

Talent Acquisition & Management

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and orientation.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee performance, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.

Employee Relations

• Foster positive employee relations and a strong company culture.
• Address employee concerns and resolve employee relations issues effectively and fairly.
• Investigate and address employee complaints and grievances.

Compensation & Benefits

• Manage and administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary surveys and ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Training & Development

• Identify training needs and develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Conduct employee training sessions and workshops.
• Oversee employee development programs and career advancement opportunities.

Employee Engagement

• Plan, organize, monitor company-wide employee activities (Christmas parties, etc) including special events.

Other Duties

Perform such other functions and/or tasks that may be assigned to him/her from time-to-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Philippines.
