Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR professional to manage performance management, PIPs, and disciplinary actions. The role includes updating job descriptions and organizational structures to reflect evolving roles and performance requirements.

The candidate will lead Learning & Development initiatives, coordinate training programs, and evaluate post-training outcomes while maintaining clear policy documentation and Visio-based process visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Performance Management, or general HR functions.
• Knowledge of KPI monitoring, performance evaluation, PIP, and disciplinary processes.
• Strong skills in policy and process documentation; proficiency in Microsoft Visio for org charts and process diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance management processes, including KPI verification, monitoring, and analysis.
• Facilitate and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and Disciplinary Actions (DAs).
• Review employee performance and regularization results and update organizational structures and JDs.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement Learning & Development activities, including training programs and post-training evaluation.
• Review and update HR policies and process documentation; create Visio flowcharts for workflows.
