Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an HR professional to oversee performance management, KPI verification, monitoring, and analysis to ensure alignment with organizational and departmental objectives. The role requires meticulous data handling and reporting.

You will coordinate and monitor Performance Improvement Plans and Disciplinary Actions, review outcomes to update job descriptions, and plan Learning & Development activities with clear, documented workflows and post-training evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Performance Management, or general HR functions.
• Knowledgeable in KPI monitoring, performance evaluation, PIP, and employee disciplinary processes.
• Strong skills in policy and process documentation; proficient in Microsoft Visio for creating organizational charts and process flowcharts.
• Good communication, analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance management processes, including KPI verification, monitoring, and analysis to ensure alignment with organizational and departmental objectives.

• Facilitate and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and Disciplinary Actions (DAs), ensuring proper documentation, coordination, and timely follow-through.

• Review employee performance and regularization results and update organizational structures and Job Descriptions (JDs) based on changes in roles, responsibilities, and performance requirements.

• Plan, coordinate, and implement Learning & Development (L&D) activities, including training programs, employee development initiatives, and post-training evaluation.

• Review and update HR policies, procedures, and process documentation, including the creation of process flowcharts using Microsoft Visio to clearly illustrate workflows and responsibilities.

Qualifications
