RZ Ecommerce Corporation is seeking an HR Learning & Development Lead to design and operate the full people development and culture system. You will oversee learning content, leadership development, and company-wide engagement initiatives to drive growth and alignment across departments.

The role emphasizes training needs analysis, onboarding culture design, and ROI evaluation, with a focus on a fast-growing e-commerce environment and global travel incentives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 3–5 years in L&D, HR Development, OD, or Culture roles.
• Experience in leadership training and engagement programs.
• Experience in fast-growing companies or e-commerce preferred.
• Training design and facilitation.
• HR analytics and reporting.
• Content planning and communication systems.
• Event coordination and execution.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate the complete people development and culture system for the company.
• Lead Learning & Development, culture, events, and communications initiatives.
• Plan and execute annual and quarterly engagement programs and events.
• Conduct training needs analysis and onboarding culture system development.
• Publish HR learning content and coordinate with Creative/Marketing for content production.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI; maintain training records.
• Manage vendors and event execution; translate company values into content storytelling.

• Coordinate with Creative/Marketing for content production
• Ensure messaging consistency across all HR communications
• Ensure consistency of HR communication systems
