Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in HR, administration, or related role.
• Strong command of written and spoken English with good reading comprehension.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE requirements, and government-mandated benefits.
• Experience in recruitment coordination, timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll support.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001, QMS, and document control is an advantage.
• Japanese language proficiency is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR and administrative support including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee records management.
• Manage timekeeping, attendance, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Assist with DOLE compliance and HR communications.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and training logistics.
• Oversee office procurement, supplies, and vendor management.
• Support ISO/QMS documentation, audits, and record control.
• Assist in internal/external ISO audits and corrective actions.
