The role involves developing policies, maintaining records, handling employee relations, coordinating training, and ensuring audit readiness for ISO processes in a manufacturing environment in Cavite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• ISO experience/background is a plus, particularly in documentation, audit prep, or quality management systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to on-boarding.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations and workplace concerns professionally.
• Manage performance evaluation and employee development programs.
• Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
• Participate in internal and external ISO audits and assist in addressing audit findings and corrective actions.
• Work closely with management on manpower planning and organizational development.
• Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to management.
