Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining the applicant database.
• Onboarding Support: help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and interns.
• Employee Engagement: plan, organize, and execute themed events and town halls to boost morale.
• HR Operations & Administration: draft memos, maintain employee records, check attendance or compliance logs.
• Special Projects: collaborate on ad-hoc HR projects such as policy updates or training coordination.
