Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Act as a support to sourcing/recruitment related activities
• Support recruitment processes, including test administration
• Perform other ad-hoc sourcing related tasks
• Source candidates for various hiring requests
• Conduct call outs
• Coordinate interview schedules with Recruiters
• Lead generation through job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels
• Monitor and update various databases
• Assist with internal and external events
