Job summary

Maximum Solutions Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented recruitment administrator to support our hiring operations. You will update internal databases with new employee details and forms, post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

You will also administer applicant examinations, maintain data confidentiality for clients and staff, and handle filing tasks while supporting your supervisor with ad hoc duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Updating internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms.
• Posting job advertisement on job search websites / job portal or any recruitment engines.
• Screening resumes and application forms.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Administering examination to applicants
• Maintain the Confidentiality of each client, employees and Applicants data.
• 201 and 202 filing.
• Other task to be assigned by his/her immediate superior.
