Job summary

Flexible Packaging Products Corporation is hiring an HR Assistant to support quality objectives and HR operations in Valenzuela. You will assist supervisors, prepare training memoranda and disciplinary reports, and support Labor-Management Committee activities.

The role requires a degree in Psychology/HRM/Behavioral Science, at least 2 years of HR experience, and strong MS Office skills. On-site work location with potential for growth and permanent status.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management and/or Behavioral Science Courses.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Computer-literate and Knowledgeable in MS Office, and a detail-oriented person.
• Must have knowledge of labor laws and human resource practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance to Immediate Superiors for quality objectives.
• Prepares memoranda on company activities and training programs.
• Assists Labor-Management Committee’s activities.
• Prepares monthly report on administration of disciplinary action.
• Facilitates investigation/processing of disciplinary actions of employees.
• Assists all HR concerns/activities.
• Ensures maintenance and cleanliness in the work area and with office equipment.
• Assists or relieves HR functions as needed.
• Performs duties per Work Instructions and SOPs.
• Adheres to safety practices and government standards.
• Performs cross-functional activities as needed.
• Attends meetings/trainings as required.
