Job summary

Michael Page is assisting a leading Philippine property developer in Pasig to hire an HR Head who will lead people strategy and cultural transformation for a fast-growing organization.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition, ensure labor-law compliance, design learning programs, optimize performance management, and manage compensation including HMO administration. Strong leadership and policy implementation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in property industry preferred.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition, training, and development strategies.
• Experience in managing compensation and benefits programs, including HMO administration.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and develop teams.
• Proficiency in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
