Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in psychology, HR, or related field.
• Analytical knowledge is required to support workforce insights.
• 1–2 years' experience in a generalist HR role or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Philippines employment law and compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from profiling to onboarding.
• Administer compensation and benefits programmes, payroll liaison and benefits coordination.
• Provide guidance on policies, procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Support training and development programmes to enhance capabilities.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and performance management.
