Job summary

LoansOne, located in Manila, is seeking an organized HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration for the growing Manila team. The role covers attendance tracking, records maintenance and office coordination, with a strong emphasis on recruitment throughout the employee lifecycle.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in HR/psychology/business-related field, at least 2 years HR experience, and hands-on recruitment skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• At least 2 years HR experience.
• Hands-on recruitment experience and candidate interviewing.
• Experience onboarding, attendance management, records management and offboarding.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labour laws and HR practices.
• Strong English communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Able to work full time from the Eastwood office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Conduct candidate interviews and provide clear recommendations to hiring managers.
• Oversee onboarding, employee setup and records management.
• Support attendance tracking and HR administration tasks.
• Handle employee relations, performance management support and HR operations.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain HR data accuracy.
• Assist with offboarding and exit processes.
• Provide office coordination and administratival support as needed.
• Support HR systems and data maintenance.
