Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in HR/generalist roles.
• University degree preferred.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, analyze, and implement HR activities including employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
• Provide consulting to managers on team performance, policies, and talent management.
• Respond to day-to-day employee concerns and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop HR solutions aligned with organizational strategies and support onboarding and learning sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and HRIS data, generate reports, and ensure compliance with policies.
